Conditions
Important legal Notice
ATTENTION: This legal notice and
its 'Terms and Conditions'
applies to the entire contents
of this website, any
correspondence between you and
us and to the sale of pet or
breeding puppies/dogs/bitches.
1. The Seller
1.1
Welcome to Mini Doodles, site
owned and operated by Mini
Doodles, Address: 155 P O Box,
Hereford.
1.2
If you want to ask us anything
about these Terms and Conditions
or have any comments about our
website please email us
mini.doodles@hotmail.co.uk
2. Puppy Reservation
2.1
The purchaser must submit the
puppy reservation for and puppy
questionnaire found on this
website, a recent photo of their
garden and the full deposit to
reserve a Mini Doodles puppy.
2.2
Your reservation will be
acknowledged via email
confirming your successful
application, if you have no
email facilities then you will
be telephoned.
2.2
Mini Doodles has the full right
to refuse your application at
any point prior to collecting
the puppy.
3. Potential of the dog/bitch
3.1
Although any description of the
dog/bitch as being of
working/show/breeding or pet
quality is given in good faith,
it is a condition of this sale
that no warranty can be given as
to the ultimate
working/show/breeding or pet
potential on maturity of the
dog/bitch.
3.2
No guarantees are made regarding
suitability for any particular
sporting activity or exhibition
and is sold subject to it being
understood that as a living
creature it is impossible to
predict how it will continue to
develop, especially as regards
behaviour, over which you will
have the principal influence.
4.
Endorsements
4.1 This dog/bitch puppy has been sold as a PET ONLY and
has not been sold for breeding
and therefore is forbidden to be
breed from.
4.2
You must understand that by
signing the puppy sales contract
you agree to neuter/spay the
puppy before it reaches two
years of age or (if a bitch)
before her second season. You
will supply Mini Doodles with a
veterinarian's letter by
recorded mail as proof of a
neuter/spay. If you fail to
neuter/spay this puppy and
provide proof by two years of
age, rights and ownership of the
dog will automatically terminate
and revert back to Mini Doodles
who may immediately assume
possession of the dog. You will
pay for Mini Doodles reasonable
solicitor’s fees for recovery of
the dog. Furthermore you fully
understand that this spay/neuter
agreement is an agreement that
this dog will not produce a
litter of puppies either as
purposely bred or by accidental
breeding. You also agree that
should this puppy not be
neutered/spayed that you will
return said puppy back to Mini
Doodles with no refund.
5.
Re-homing the dog/bitch
5.1
The purchaser/s agree that if at
any stage in the dog/bitch’s
life, the purchaser/s need to
re-home the dog/bitch, the
breeder will be the first to be
informed and the purchaser/s
will if the breeder requests
return the dog/bitch to the
breeder.
5.2
This dog/bitch must not be sold
or transferred without the prior
knowledge and written agreement
of the breeders, we (the
breeder) will always be willing
to help, if necessary, with the
re-homing of a dog/bitch that we
have bred, for what ever reason,
throughout the dog/bitch’s
lifetime.
6. Puppy Sales Contract
6.1 We try to protect
our puppies as best we can and
only find them their forever
homes after vetting the new
owners thoroughly. However, even
this is sometimes not enough and
we therefore now have a Puppy
Sales Contract*, which must be
signed before we'll part with
one of our babies, this contract
protects all three parties
involved...new owner, breeder
and most importantly the puppy!
*This contract is subject to
change.
7. Prices
7.1 Mini Doodles hold the
right that prices are subject to
change
8.
Cancellation
8.1 You are entitled to
cancel your reservation at any
time, however, no refund will be
given, as all deposits are
non-refundable.
9. Medical
Advice
9.1 Labradoodles are NOT
allergy or asthma friendly.
No warranties, guarantees or
indemnities are made with
respect to low/non-moulting
coats and the tolerance level
for allergies, asthma or any
other medical condition.
No liability will be accepted
for any claim arising from any
medical condition.
10. Website
10.1 These web pages
provide general information only
and nothing on this website
constitutes an offer or advice.
Mini Doodles does not accept
responsibility nor accept
liability for any loss which may
arise from the use of
information contained on
the website.
10.2 Mini Doodles does not
take any responsibility for the
content of any third party
websites which has a link to or
from this website. Views
expressed by individuals within
these pages , the links, forums
or blogs do not necessarily

responsibility for any defects

shall be released from our
obligations under these Terms
and Conditions in the event of
any cause beyond our reasonable
control which renders the
provision of the Mini Doodles
Website and/or the Mini Doodles
Service impossible or

our plans for conceiving a
litter like we would hope.
There are no guarantees that a
litter will be conceived and
arrive exactly when planned.

or health of any dog, bitch or
puppy other than provided for in
its terms of sale. Mini
Doodles does not endorse or
recommend other breeders
contained or linked to our
website, Mini Doodles accepts no
responsibility or liability for
any other breeder.
17.2 Mini Doodles has
taken every care in the
preparation of the content of
this website.
17.3 Any typographical,
clerical or other error or
omission in the Website or in
any sales literature, quotation,
price list, acceptance of offer,
invoice or other document or
information issued by us shall
be subject to correction without
any liability on our part.
17.4 Mini Doodles shall
not be liable to any person for
any loss or damage which may
arise from the use of any of the

to supplement and amend the

17.9 Mini Doodles
cannot guarantee the
eventual size, coat colour
or shedding volume of our
Labradoodles.
